Apprenticeship Champion
This award is open to companies that offer one or more apprenticeship opportunities to students, and/or those looking to retrain.
Employers who can motivate apprentices to think beyond their immediate experiences, and help them to understand where different choices can take them in the future.
The judges will be looking for:
Sustained and comprehensive contact with training providers
Encouragement of a more ambitious range of future education and career options
Enthusiasm and passion towards careers and development of future generations
Provision of comprehensive on the job experience
